John, Nancy, and Jona, we're so happy with you! We've visited your bistro several times since it opened, and we think it's such a valuable addition to our village. Just pop in for a bite to eat and a drink. It feels like home.

We had a delicious meal and enjoyed the crew's enthusiasm for their work. The price-quality ratio is excellent. It left us wanting more. In short, we'll definitely be back. We had a delicious game meal yesterday, truly fantastic.

We've eaten at Spijz several times now, and we've never been disappointed. Everything is consistently high quality. Our company dinner was also excellently catered, with great attention to detail. We also ordered catering for a birthday, and that was also perfectly arranged. Highly recommended.

What a great addition to the village! We spontaneously called Saturday evening to see if there was a table available – it was only their second day open. Luckily, we were able to get in. And we're so glad we did! We were welcomed with warm pizza dough rolls and herb butter, so simple yet so delicious. For starters, we chose the smoked steak carpaccio and the shrimp pil pil – tasting them together, of course. Both were fantastic! Afterwards, we enjoyed the steak skewers and the salmon, both perfectly prepared on the Kamado. The fries were deliciously crispy, and the oven-baked vegetables made it perfect. We finished with an espresso that was truly deliciously hot – which deserves to be said. In short: delicious food, lovely atmosphere, friendly people. What a great addition to the village.
